  1. How are orders shipped?
    All orders are shipped discreetly in plain unmarked packages. Orders by 1:00 pm PST Monday-Friday and all in-stock items usually will ship out within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Tuesday/Wednesday. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.

  2. What is the shipping cost?
    During the checkout process you will be given flat rate shipping according to the value of your order. You can request your order to be shipped by another shipping company.

  5. What if I did not receive a confirmation/tracking email?
    Sometimes, email we send you may end up in your SPAM folder. Check your Junk Mail or SPAM folder for the email. If you find it, make sure to mark it "NOT Spam."

  6. What if I don't see what I want?
    Erotique4Less.com wants to make happy all of our customers. We are adding products to our selection as fast as we can, so if you don't see what you're looking for, please check back soon or if you are aware of a company that carries what you want, please let us know and we'll contact them. If we can't help you, we will try to find someone who can.

  7. Do you stock your inventory?
    We try to stock everything we sell. If we are out of stock in the item you order we will drop-ship it directly from the manufacturer to your door to save you time.

  9. Can I cancel my order?

    Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

  10. What payment types do you accept?
    During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. If you would like to make a payment with money orders / cashier's checks – please contact us at erotique4less.com. When paying by cashier's check, money order, etc. please allow time for payment to clear the bank before goods are shipped.

  11. Do you have a print catalog?
    Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. Our inventory changes daily and we are constantly adding new brands. We therefore do not offer a print catalog. Our website is the best way to keep our inventory quantities up to date to make it easier for you to shop with us.

  12. Do you ship internationally?
    We do ship internationally, however you need to contact us before you place an order so we can provide you shipping quote. You can also request your own shipping company.

  13. Do I have to pay sales tax?

    No. If you are located outside of the State of California and reselling the merchandise, then no sales tax is charged.  If you are within the State of California, sales tax is required unless you have a California Tax Exemption Certificate.
